On Saturday 6 July 2013, the European Championships Amateur Shooto will be held in Deventer, Holland.

The fighters will decide for the 13th time, who will be the European Champion Amateur Shooto!

The competitors will have to fight with protection gear as it is an amateur competition. The organization will supply headgear and Shooto gloves. The fighters will have to bring their own groin protection, mouth piece, knee- and shinguards.

In the preliminary rounds, the fights will be 1 round of 4 minutes and in the finals it will be 2 rounds of 3 minutes.

The weight classes are as follows: -60kg, -65kg, -70kg, 76kg, -83kg, -91kg, -100kg and +100kg.
